Terms & Conditions

1. All procedures and information given, both written and oral, remain the real and intellectual property of Subtle Energies and is not to be copies, transcribed, duplicated or replicated in any format without the written consent of Farida Irani and Subtle Energies.

2. All training materials, aids and manuals remain the property of Subtle Energies. Manuals may be recalled at any point by Subtle Energies for retraining or modification.

3. I am not to provide training or information to any person unless authorised by Subtle Energies.

4. I will not video or sound record any part of this training or treatments in practise unless authorised by Subtle Energies.

5. Should any student withdraw from the course, all rights to use or teach the content taught by Subtle Energies and Farida Irani should be surrendered to Subtle Energies.

6. I agree to the use of Essential Oils and Subtle Energies products to be used and applied to me as part of procedure and product training.

7. I have disclosed all allergies and any known contraindicates to Subtle Energies and have not experienced any previous reactions to Essential Oils or Subtle Energies products.

8. I acknowledge that Subtle Energies can accept no liability for any loss as a result of any act of either myself or any other participant arising from any failure to comply with instructions of Subtle Energies during training.

9. This Agreement and the Orders are governed and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia and I hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian Courts.
