Founded by Farida Irani, Subtle Energies Academy, previously Subtle Energies College Of Ayurveda Aromatherapy has been providing courses in Ayurveda and Ayurveda Aromatherapy since 1999.
Farida's courses have been in high demand over the years and were accredited by the International Federation of Aromatherapists (IFA), now known as International Aromatherapy and Aromatic Medicine Association (IAAMA). The Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) approved them for on going education programs for their practitioner members. In 2005 the Australian Government recognised and accredited Farida's course as a Diploma of Ayurveda Aromatherapy. This course, the first of its kind, was soon implemented into colleges around the world, with a strong emphasis on Taiwan, Japan and Canada.
Subsequently in 2009, Subtle Energies went into partnership with the highly regarded Aminya Natural Therapy Academy in Queensland. It was through this partnership, that Subtle Energies School of Learning transformed into Subtle Energies College of Ayurveda Aromatherapy (SECAA).
From March 2011 Subtle Energies has commenced offering its redeveloped courses in partnership with Aminya Academy, enabling Subtle Energies teachers to teach nationally the Diploma Course and the new Cert IV qualification that has recently been developed and taught in 2011.
